NEW PERCEPTION PSYCHOTHERAPY
WORKING TOGETHER TOWARDS A BRIGHTER FUTURE
ABOUT ME...

I am a dedicated psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. With a background in Transactional Analysis (T.A.) I focus on providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration, as we work together towards your personal growth and well-being. Alongside talking, I like to integrate creative methods where appropriate, as this can allow us to gain an awareness in ways that sometimes words cannot.
I qualified in psychotherapy in 2018, and since then I have worked in various settings, including a GP practice, a women's only charity, and in 2020/2021 I worked as a therapist for doctors who were dealing with the covid crisis.
Since then I have worked in private practice across a broad range of issues, and with many different demographics.

Prior to life as a therapist I completed a psychology degree, which provides a strong foundation for a career in psychotherapy by offering a deep understanding of human behaviour, thoughts, and emotions, alongside essential skills for therapeutic practice.
More recently I have completed an advanced diploma in creative supervision, and I am anticipating being a fully qualified supervisor by December 2025. I am currently offering low-cost supervision until fully qualified.

My qualifications include:
BSc (Hons) Applied Psychology
Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
Post-Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy
Advanced Specialist Diploma in Clinical & Creative Supervision

I will create a safe, confidential space for us to explore your inner world. You will discover how you interact with others and the world around you, and uncover and understand the difficulties in your life and relationships.
Together we will work towards personal growth and healing.
Psychotherapy works best with regular sessions to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and facilitate progress. Our work may be long or short term, but this will be discussed.

A safe space for counsellors & psychotherapists to reflect on their practice, as we work collaboratively to identify areas you might feel stuck, or need a fresh perspective on.
I am trained in TA, but I practice as an integrative therapist, meaning I am happy to take on supervisee's from other modalities. I primarily work with the seven-eyed model of supervision, and like to incorporate creative methods where appropriate.
I am able to work with both trainees and more established practitioners.
